Q. What details do you keep about me?

A.I keep basic records of your name and address and a contact phone number is case I need to cancel a session. If I did ever get in touch I would always speak directly to you and not leave specific messages for you with another person. We would agree in advance what system you would be comfortable with me using for contacting you.I also keep a brief note of your appointments and theme of the session. All these details are kept in locked secure cabinets and only accessible by myself.
