Q. How long do sessions last?

A.Each session lasts 50 minutes and will begin at our pre-arranged appointment time. Missed appointments are usually charged for and thus it is appreciated that if you need to cancel then you give me at least 24 hours notice although I appreciate this is not always possible. If you are late for a session I will normally wait 20 minutes for you although it is difficult to achieve a great deal in some shortened sessions. Any session that began late would still need to end on time for me to be available for any subsequent clients
